IGARASHI SEIMEN is the oldest established noodle manufacturer in Kitakata, Fukushima Prefecture since 1949, and they have been producing dried ramen which is raw and low-temperature dried noodle. Kitakata Ramen has unique chewy eating texture. IGARASHI SEIMEN use selected ingredient for the noodle, especially wheat and delicious water.By low temperature aging for 48 hours, the raw flavor is kept as it is, and it is finished as a dry ramen with strong elasticity. Please enjoy the perfect balance between the chijire noodles and the light soup, which are the characteristics of Yonezawa ramen.
【How to cook】
1. Boil water about 550ml. Put the noodles into the boiled water and loosen them slightly about 2 minutes after. Additionally boil them 2~2.5 minutes.
2. When the noodles are boiled up, turn off heat. Then put the attached soup and stir well.
3. Transferred to a bowl as volia. If you serve ‘roasted pork’ and ‘bamboo shoots’ with as your choice, you can eat even more delicious.
